Who We Are
Based in BerlinWe've been in the trenches with these APIs before - at scale, in production, under pressure. That experience is the whole point.
For the past decade Dmitry has worked on products where "it's a bit buggy" wasn't an option. At Mimi Hearing Technologies, that meant medical-grade certification and being featured by Apple, where quality is set by regulators and Apple's editorial team alike. At Staffbase, it meant keeping enterprise communication tools running reliably for some of Germany's largest companies, with contracts that included serious uptime obligations.
Denis is a software engineer with over 20 years of building systems that don't break. At Adjust, Denis built and scaled high-throughput integrations with major social ad platforms, processing attribution events at volume. Before that, he worked across fintech and legaltech, where handling sensitive data isn't optional. He considers GDPR privacy guarantees not comprehensive enough and designs systems accordingly.
A bit more about Denis
Denis races karts in his spare time — the kind where you're about 5cm off the ground going faster than feels reasonable. He's also an avid sailor, which is something he and Dmitry have in common.
How we build
We've both built systems where failure had real consequences, both reputational and contractual. That experience is baked into everything in Postproxy. We don't chase features. Everything is there for a reason.
We engineer things properly. If you're planning a long-term integration - something you're going to build on top of and depend on - that's the kind of project we're actually good at. We play it straight, we document what we do, and we don't disappear.
Talking to the people using Postproxy is our actual source of truth. If you have a question, a use case you're not sure about, or just want to think out loud before committing to an integration, grab 15 minutes with us. We mean it.
