One profile group usually maps to one brand, client, or publishing setup. Each group can include up to 11 connected platforms.

Rate limit quotas from Postproxy and social platforms still apply. Twitter/X is capped at 20 posts per 24h per account. If you need higher Twitter/X throughput, pay-as-you-go and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) options are available. Please refer to our terms for more information.

Engagements include outbound comments, DMs, and replies sent across connected accounts. Publishing posts do not count toward this limit.

What are you paying for

Reliable publishing layer, without the maintenance burden

What looks like a 2-week feature on paper can easily turn into a month, then keep costing engineering time every week after launch. Use Postproxy to ship faster, avoid platform-side surprises, and keep your team building product instead of maintaining the publishing layer.

Platform reviews you do not have to manage

App reviews, scopes, policy checks, upload rules, and quotas differ per platform. We already handle that moving target for you.

Infrastructure you do not have to build

Multiple server locations, better fault tolerance, and 99.95% uptime. We keep the publishing layer stable so your team does not have to.

Platform breakage you do not have to debug

APIs change, delivery fails, tokens expire, and platform bugs show up without warning. We monitor, debug, and patch around that mess so it does not land on your team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Postproxy pricing and plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are subscription-based with monthly or annual billing. You can cancel anytime.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual plans offer a meaningful discount over monthly billing and are ideal for stable production workloads.

Is Postproxy suitable for teams or companies?

Yes. You can use Postproxy across multiple projects, accounts, and environments. Higher-tier plans include increased limits and priority support.

Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?

Yes. If you need higher throughput, custom integrations, compliance support, or SLAs, we offer tailored enterprise plans. Contact us to discuss your setup.

What can I do with the Free plan?

The Free plan lets you try Postproxy with real workflows. You can publish a limited number of posts each month using our API or dashboard, connect a small number of social accounts, and test reliability before committing. No credit card required.

What counts as a "post"?

A post is an entity that that holds content and target social accounts. Cross-posting the same content to multiple platforms counts as one post. Retries caused by platform failures do not count against your limit.

What happens if I hit my monthly post limit?

When you reach your limit, publishing is paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We don't charge overage fees or silently drop posts - everything is explicit and predictable.

Is Postproxy API-first or UI-first?

Postproxy is built API-first. The UI exists for visibility, debugging, and manual use, but the core product is designed for developers, automation tools, AI agents, and workflow engines.

Can I integrate Postproxy with automation tools?

Yes. Postproxy works well with tools like custom scripts, n8n, Zapier-style flows, and AI pipelines. If you can make HTTP requests, you can publish with Postproxy.

How is Postproxy different from classic schedulers?

Traditional tools focus on calendars. Postproxy focuses on execution reliability at publish time, where most failures happen. We normalise platform quirks, detect failures, and expose clear delivery status via API.

I've seen SOC 2 badges on competitor sites. Do you have one?

We don't display compliance certifications we haven't completed and can stand behind. If SOC 2 or similar assurance is a requirement, contact us and we'll be straight about what we offer today and what's on the roadmap.
